At Black Dog Overland, we work hard to get your order out quickly and delivered safely. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may extend slightly. We’ll always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.


Shipping Rates (United States)

We offer flat-rate shipping of $5 on all U.S. orders.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We currently ship within the United States.


Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume.


Local Pickup (Dallas Area)

We offer local pickup in the Dallas area.

If you select local pickup at checkout:

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready

  • Pickup instructions will be provided

  • Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe

Local pickup eliminates shipping costs.


Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking.

Once your package leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Black Dog Overland is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check around your property

  • Contact the carrier directly

If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us at support@blackdogoverland.net, and we will do our best to assist.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Please double-check your address before placing your order.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather

  • Natural disasters

  • High-volume shipping periods

That said, if something goes wrong, reach out. We take care of our customers.
