Return & Refund Policy

Black Dog Overland

At Black Dog Overland, we stand behind our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free, No-Hassle Return Policy.

30-Day Risk-Free Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

If you’re not happy with your hat for any reason, you can return it for a refund or exchange — no complicated process, no interrogation.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The hat must be in good condition (no excessive wear, damage, or alterations).

  • All original components (including patches, tags if applicable, and packaging when possible) should be included.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show obvious signs of heavy use or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@blackdogoverland.net

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like a different design or replacement:

  • Contact us to arrange an exchange.

  • Exchange shipping costs may apply unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right immediately at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Custom orders, limited releases, or marked “Final Sale” items may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
